  it took great effort to remove this lining...it take me 3hours to remove it

i'm daily cramp my middle finger, so i'm decided to upgrade the horn

went to Jalan Pasar for small shopping for small DIY work

here the parts....burn around rm50 for all this

now my horn is loud ass f**k bmw

Small Bulb

after 2weeks my speedometer goes out...spend my lonely nights do small repair 

the blOwn bulb...

same as my neutral traffic light...

bought a 1 packet (5bulb) of this bulb...

changing the brake switch...the old one is jam

...cost around RM12

  

the new brake switch bit smaller than the orginal

have to modified for the clips

after 1hr slow-mode...i'm done....now all in working orders

A w i e V i r u s

my bike breakdown this morning....just 500m to my office...super nice...!!

the bike failed to start....everything went off...rather do small checkup...i just push and

park to basement....get my breakfast....cool down...around 11.00am found myself free to check the bike....found this 'virus'...melted both fuse for my lights & ignition

went out to NKS, Sentul for replacement...replace this 2 proper wiring & fusebox...

cost around RM10 each...RM1 for each fuse...RM3 for jointing (have no tools to do this)

with total damage...RM25 
back to office...install it...problem solved....gonna check all wiring this weekend

Awie Short Circuit

sunday night went out with my 'jaguh' for light ride...to check my bike ready for work

everthing look fine...cruise without any high rev...stop by fill up gas @ Caltex, Sec11

then....disaster...all my bike light short circuit...this is my second time goin thru this

ride in dark back to my house....with hazard light ON...

as expected...my bike burn another fuse...lucky i got spares...

still considering shall i change it to 20amp

manage to get out for 'cabot' early today....after met my brother at Matrade for lunch

plan to drop by to NKS...looking for new rear hubcase for my champion

plan to do-it @ ShahAlam together with the Front Fork services

but can't resist what NKS offer...RM42 including installation

quite happy as it around my budget...here the detail pics for the parts i changed.

old rusted RK-M chain..change to new set brand SSS cost around RM48 including front and rear sprocket

failed to snap the new sprocket....only packaging left...cost included wif the chain cost

tough week for me...because turbo lag in my mood....fail to update this weekly

so...here we are....few update on what i done to my ChampiOn

after few TehTarik Session with members from ChoppersGarage @ MMZ

i'm still fail to get what style i'm plan to do....while in research mode style for his bike 

while chattin CheMat....he suggest for Bobber Style

simple mode....he said just find rear old rims...change the hub...plug-in to the front

plug the rear tyre (130/80) to front....and find supewide can-fit (150/80) to rear..now hunting mode

i remember few weeks back, i flick thru mudah.com...i came accross diz 1 pair used rim for jaguh

this guy jus wanna get rid of this set..as he already change to sportrim

its in perfect condition...jus few small rust (lite wipe of autosOl would do the trick)

he quote for Front Set RM130(complete with 90% tyres)  & RM70 for rear rim

i plan to buy just for the rear wheel...really need the hub housing...mine currently crack

lucky me....manage to bargain RM130 for both set

reason i take the front wheel too...my front tyre have become slick tyres

after few scrub....

check-in to change the front wheel

while pulling out the front wheel....realise the front brake is jammed

causes??.....just look at the sludge from my caliper....super mud...after years of abuse

i wonder if this bike ever dive into mood flood...here inside the main pump

while i'm changin the front wheel..i also change the

as recommended by Mr. Techman...i shall use NGK Super CR8eGP - RM12/pcs

the response is great....fuel consumption show some pretty figure
