my clutch cable failed last sunday...with RM15....got myself new one

lucky it didn't happen while on my way to work yesterday

thanx to ass.hole who put 3inch screw all over motorcycle lane somewhere PJ...luckily...i still can ride the bike

make u-turn @ Kerinchi and head back to Shah Alam

why?? i'm ride 20km back rather than repair it in KualaLumpur

because i have surveyed before and the tire i want only available in ShahAlam 

while waiting the motorcycle shop open 9am...had my breakfast nearby stall

lovely view.....2 of my favorite wagon accompany me

 this wagon abandoned almost 10years...the 2002 roadtax still intact

140/80-15 cost around RM170 + RM30 for the 15inch tube

after 2years ownership...my battery gave up on me  yesterday...dead flat

so i went to Sentul, Kuala Lumpur centre of Motorcycle Spares survey on few shops...looking for best price

decided to buy this SMITE brand...cost me around RM85

 after comparing the with the old one....discover the terminal on the wrong side and the new one is higher 3-5mm...fail to fit it in old case

 a lot of work need to be done...re-wire to the starter look major for me.....decided to return back the battery

 in exchange with add up RM10

got myself YUASA Made in Japan...RM95

with correct side of terminal

 will try it tonight...kind a rush when i post this...will edit it later

after the loud pipe....i'm tackling the handle

not really an 'ape' guy...consider myself more to street tracker

so i'm changing it to Yamaha RXS handle...went HungryGhost yesterday to buy riser and installation

the new handle come without any bracket for speedometer & indicator..got to remove it....

and the bike look bit clean now

confident feel with ride position...

manage to get myself free in the mOrning...plan to change my exhaust muffler

been kept this NOB1 muffler 3months...

original plan..this muffler is for my 'cub' project...after seeing few example...it look bit bulky

so...decided to mod it to my daily ride 

went to my trusted bodyshOp...Uncle Ah.Hai...its like mini.graveyard

here the man start chopping my exhaust system 

 how it looks when complete....clean & simple

 one word...LOUD..!!!....my right ear bleed on d way back...
not worries for blindspot.....drivers still   hear me miles away....

plan to do some small modification to my bike..i'm changing the signal to smaller size

big thanx to hungryghOst...gave me this mudguard to customised it and together with that i bought this pair 

 

 its holiday on tuesday 15th February 2011 for Maulidur Rasul...

got nothin to do..get myself dirty that nite

its quite late....continue next morning...i'm chopping off the signal bracket

 send it to fibreglass shop to fill up the gaps between signal and rear bracket cover

it takes 1 day to cure it...came out nicely with all the gaps

 seal off the rear original signal holes

 here i'm playing putty to smooth out the gaps

 sand off and lay primer coat

 here this finished product....sloppy job...will repeat some other time
